At Spark Something Wonderful, every order is hand-packed with care and intention. We want your experience to feel seamless from our hands to your home.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or special orders may take longer, and we’ll always keep you updated.
• Shipping Rates: Complimentary shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only). For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
• Packaging: We use carefully chosen protective packaging — primarily paper-based and recyclable where possible — to ensure your items arrive safe, beautiful, and ready to enjoy.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: While rare, if your package arrives damaged or doesn’t make it to you, reach out to us right away at hello.sparksomethingwonderful@gmail.com so we can make it right.
