Shipping Policy
At Spark Something Wonderful, every order is prepared with care and shipped directly from our studio.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- During busy seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard delivery times are usually 3–7 business days within the U.S. after your order has shipped.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
- Spark Something Wonderful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, but we’ll gladly help you open a claim with the shipping provider.
International Orders
- International shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
